ABOUT US
Georgia Wrestling History was developed in 2002 by Rich Tate, and the site was officially launched on November 2, 2002. With the help
of many historians, fans, and folks within the business, GWH quickly became one of the top historical avenues for fans to research or
reminisce on their favorite days of professional wrestling in the state of Georgia.

In 2005, GWH began to work with current promotions in the state, helping to provide them a wide-ranging reach beyond their own Internet
presence, in an attempt to help keep local promotions growing in appeal to potential fans who might not otherwise have known of their
groups. That same year, Larry Goodman became a regular contributor to the site, through his endless reports of events, both live and
televised.

Entering 2007, GWH expanded into a news source for those local promotions, as well as covering the major companies such as WWE,
TNA, and Ring of Honor. In 2008, due to the growth of interest from our coverage of current promotions, we broadened our coverage to
include promotions based in Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.

2008 also saw the debut of a weekly radio program called
Peach State Pandemonium. PSP went through many changes during the year
while finding its niche and format, but was received well enough to encourage us to spawn a network of programs throughout the week.
The
GWH Radio Network, launched in January 2009, features programs not only dedicated to wrestling, but also MMA and
Georgia-based sports.

As a result, GWH has become one of only a few Internet sources providing both historical reference material, as well as keeping our
visitors up-to-date on current events throughout the southeastern United States, as well as being able to follow major developments of
WWE, TNA, and ROH, while also giving our supporters a wealth of entertaining radio shows that feature guests from many different
genres and eras.

Also in 2008, Goodman became a partner in not only helping to financially invest in GWH, but also management of the site and its many
extensions. Tim Dix also became a partner in helping us remain ad-free. The trio of Tate, Goodman, and Dix will continue to make every
attempt possible to make GWH your online source of information and entertainment.

We thank our many supporters who have been with us over the long haul, as well as those who have tuned in more recently. We
encourage everyone to spread the word about GWH.

We also thank all of those who have so graciously contributed material over the years which are featured throughout our site, for without
you, there would be no GWH.
