January 22, 1926 (Friday) – Atlanta, GA – Atlanta Municipal Auditorium (John Contos – Promoter / Georgia Championship
Wrestling) > Charles Rentrop over Harry Mamas > Jim Londos over Farmer McLeod / Notes: Londos was declared the winner of his
match when McLeod was deemed unable to continue. This was reportedly the first professional wrestling card to be held in Atlanta in
nearly three years, but it appears to have been no more than just over a year according to our research. Contos, who previously promoted
professional wrestling in Memphis and St. Louis, wanted to revive the sport in Atlanta. There were some boxing matches on this card, but
they were not provided following the card.

February 9, 1926 (Tuesday) – Atlanta, GA – Atlanta Municipal Auditorium (John Contos – Promoter / Georgia Championship
Wrestling) > Boxing Match: Hollis Sullivan over Young Harper by knockout in the third round > John Paxos over Marshall Blackstock >
Wladek Zbyszko over Dan Koloff / Notes: It was reported that 600 were in attendance for this card.

Wrestling) > Amateur Match: Ernest Meadows and Doc Langford went to a draw > Charley Gotch versus Wladek Zbyszko > John Paxos
over Boris Demetroff / Notes: The Gotch-Zbyszko match was cancelled when Zbyszko failed to appear.

Notes: The stipulation in the Londos-Zbyszko match was that Zbyszko had to score a pin in two rounds or Londos would be declared the
winner. Londos won the first fall, Zbyszko won the second, and time expired during the third fall, ruling it a win for Londos due to the
stipulation.

Joe Stecher* over Stanislaus Zbyszko to retain the title / Notes: It was reported that 6,000 were in attendance for this card. Stecher had
been the reigning World Heavyweight Champion since he went over Zbyszko in St. Louis, MO, on May 30, 1925. This version was the one
linked back to George Hackenschmidt.

Notes: Daviscourt was declared the winner of his match when Myaki was deemed unable to continue. During the Londos-Marvel match,
Londos removed the Marvel’s mask to identify him as Pete Sauer.

Heavyweight Champion since he went over Stanislaus Zbyszko in St. Louis, MO, on May 30, 1925. This version was the one linked back
to George Hackenschmidt.
