Dorv Roche over Jack Dillon to advance; Al Massey over Chief Chewacki (01) by disqualification to advance; Angelo Cistoldi over Charlie
Harben to advance; Ben Morgan over Roche to advance; Massey over Cistoldi to advance; Morgan over Garibaldi to advance; Cowboy
Luttrall over Massey to advance; and Morgan over Luttrall to win the tournament / Notes: It was reported that 3,000 were in attendance for
this card. The winner of the tournament was to earn a match against the Golden Terror (01) on October 16, 1942. It is believed Babe
Etheridge failed to appear, as he was advertised for the tournament. It is presumed that Zaharias was injured during his victory over
Blackstock, as he did not appear in any further matches in the tournament.
