THE DEATH OF WCW
Release Date: November 2004 / Authors: R.D. Reynolds and Bryan Alvarez / Publisher: ECW Press
--- Does a very good job of correlating and analyzing the information on the rise and fall of WCW and presenting
it in clear chronological sequence and objectively apportioning credit and blame. Recommended. (Crimson
Mask)
DRAWING HEAT THE HARD WAY: How Wrestling Really Works
Release Date: September 2009 / Author: Larry Matysik / Publisher: ECW Press
--- Very interesting front to back as the author describes, from his perspective, how the wrestling business really
works, and how the McMahons have managed to become the only company who matter when it comes to pro
wrestling and the general public. Recommended. (Rich Tate)
DUSTY RHODES: Reflections of an American Dream
Release Date: March 2005 / Authors: Dusty Rhodes and Howard Brody / Publisher: Sports Publishing
--- This book could have been so much better. I was disappointed in a majority of it. Rhodes deserves a better
book, and hopefully will one day try again. Recommended if you have nothing better to read. (Rich Tate)
--- This was a horrible waste of my time and the trees sent to the paper mill to print it on. This is only a good
book if you truly believe Dusty was the single most important entity to Georgia Championship Wrestling's
success. That should give you an idea what you can expect throughout the book. Recommend you put your
money towards something better. (Mick N. Brawler)
