GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com reserves the right to remove any post or member from our forums. When posts are deleted, it is usually
because they violate one or more of our house rules. Repeated violation of these rules may result in the suspension of posting privileges.
By registering with the intent for participation on the forums provided by GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com you agree to the following:
1) The rules and policies stated herein apply to everyone who is a member of the forums offered to you by GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com,
whether you are registering on or after March 11, 2009 (the date these rules and policies were posted), or if you were an active member
at that time, being grandfathered from registration prior to that date.
2) There shall be no posts containing profanity, racist, or sexist comments. This includes using abbreviations or changing one letter of a
profane word such that the word(s) are still interpreted by most as profane.
3) There shall be no posts containing pornographic or obscene material of any kind. This includes materials within a signature file or
avatar.
4) There shall be no posts containing statements that can be construed as attacks, flames, etc., on other members, or making it appear
as though they are a target. This includes posting something negative with intent to get a reaction from them, and/or consistently
responding to their posts and responding with no apparent purpose other than to belittle them.
5) There shall be no posts containing attacks, flames, etc., on promotions, promoters, wrestlers, etc. Constructive criticism of a
promotion, promoter, wrestler, etc., is acceptable and encouraged if you feel it will help the promotion, promoter, wrestler, etc., but no
personal attacks, flaming, etc., will be tolerated. This does not mean you have free range to bash or alienate a promotion, promoter,
wrestler, etc., with your comments. If you are not pleased with their performance or the effort they put forward, please voice your opinion in
a respectful tone and state why you hold that opinion. If it is something you would not say to their faces, it is probably best to not post it.
6) There shall be no posts containing unsubstantiated rumors about members, promotions, promoters, wrestlers, etc. If you have a link
to a news story, that is one thing. We have reporters for this purpose, and members can feel free to email any of the moderators on the
News and Notes forum with such information, and they will be glad to look into it for factual accuracy.
7) There shall be no posts containing commercial offers of any kind, with the exception of promoters, or representatives of a promotion.
8) There shall be no posts containing the distribution of any material that infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any law. This
includes the posting of premium information from other websites.
9) There shall be no posts containing your personal information on the forums. This should be limited to email or using the private
message feature in the forums.
10) By registering with the intent for participation on the forums provided by GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com, you a) agree that
GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com has the right to remove any post or member from our forums at any time, and with little or no advance
warning, if they believe that action is in the best interest of the forums, for whatever reason, and the reason need not be disclosed; b)
agree that GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com has the right not to remove any post or member simply because you request they do so; c)
acknowledge that GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com will, at all times, use its best judgment in determining what posts or members shall be
removed, with no malice or intent to any offended party; and d) agree that neither GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com nor its personnel are to
be held liable of responsible for any damages nor shall any legal action be taken if you are disagreeable to their views on moderation or
acts of moderation on these forums.
Of course, this is all really very simple: do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
To the vast majority of fans who read our forums and function within these guidelines, which more or less mirror how you should act in
any societal situation, GeorgiaWrestlingHistory.com thanks you very much for your responsible posting.
