| February 6, 2007 The World of Wheels show is coming to Atlanta this weekend at the Georgia World Congress Center. Rey Mysterio will be available for autographs on Sunday for about two hours, beginning at 2:00 PM. Click here for more information on this weekend’s events. Monday night on World Wrestling Entertainment’s RAW, the main event for WrestleMania XXIII was announced: Batista and Undertaker with the WWE World Title on the line. It was reported a couple days ago that Jake Roberts had been accused of being impaired at a Full Impact Pro Wrestling show in Melbourne, Florida, and was escorted from the venue by local law enforcement officials. However, Roberts’ publicist released a comment Monday, stating that the reports were “erroneously fabricated and exaggerated by the promoter. Jake left because of money issues with the promoter and nothing more. The allegations the promoter made after Jake left the show were completely false; this was a pathetic attempt by the promoter to explain to his packed house exactly why Jake had left. Jake will be issuing a statement soon but has declined to do so at this time due to the necessity for the advise of legal counsel.” The promoter elaborated on the incident in a separate report Monday, saying that when Roberts discovered his match was being taped for a DVD release, he demanded more money than had been previously agreed upon, and when the request was denied, ‘the Snake’ refused to wrestle. This resulted in an argument, which ushered in authorities to remove Roberts from the property. Aside from Hulk Hogan and the Big Show being in attendance at Sunday’s Super Bowl, which included a gathering of wounded servicemen from the war to meet the wrestlers, Stacy Keibler was also spotted. Keibler, who has all but shunned the wrestling business in recent interviews, was reportedly seen at many of the parties following the game. On February 10, Spike TV will be airing a two-hour TNA special as a preview to the Against All Odds PPV, to take place the following day. The program will air at midnight, and you will also be able to see it on the TNA website. Speaking of TNA, Kip James recently announced on a radio interview that he “would leave TNA for WWE in a heartbeat." As we reported two days ago, see how you can help the Jim Harrell family (a/k/a Jim Nelson and Boris Zhukov), following the mounting medical expenses incurred from his son's terrible accident back in December.
