Benoit Estate Pending
A joint motion was filed in the Fayette County Superior Court by Michael Benoit and Paul and Maureen Toffoloni, seeking a clear and final
determination on the order of Nancy and Daniel’s deaths so that estate concerns could be resolved. A probate hearing was set for
August 28.
