Chris Benoit’s Father Questions His Son’s Sanity
In a report today by the Associated Press, Chris Benoit’s father, Michael, has suggested that at the time his son killed his wife Nancy
and son Daniel in June, he may have been suffering from “diminished capacity�.
Attorneys representing the Benoit family in a dispute over the assignment of inheritance have said if that was the case, the Slayer statute,
whereas the family of a murderer in Georgia cannot profit from a crime through inheritance, would not apply.
