Update on Dr. Astin Case

Judge Russell Vineyard on Thursday denied motions filed by the defense to suppress evidence seized on locations linked to Dr. Phil C.
Astin III. He cited there was sufficient probable cause for investigators to have sought and acquired all six search warrants that had been
utilized to gain access to his office and home, among other unspecified locations.
