| Monday, April 21, 2008 GPWA Results from 04/17 From Rich Tate: Georgia Pro Wrestling Association results from Tifton, GA, at City Limits on April 17: Psych over Iron Will in a submission match; Preston Paradise over Tetchie Makuji; Vordell Walker over Big Bank Barfield; the Marvelous Ones (Michael Stevens & Leon McMichael) over the United Alliance (Johnny Romano & Prince Murphy) in a ladder match to win the GPWA Tag Team Title, with Romano turning on Murphy afterward; a match featuring Mike Pain versus Brokishi ended when Brokishi and manager E.D. Biggs fled the building; and Chick Donovan over Jake Slater in a last man standing match, with Paradise coming out afterward and attacking Slater, who wound up being saved by Donovan. |
