| Thursday, April 24, 2008 Updated 04/29: The previously advertised New Frontier Wrestling Association event for May 3 in Franklin, NC, has been postponed due to damage to the National Guard Armory, and will now take place on May 10. NFWA officials has offered a special Mother’s Day treat for the new date, admitting all mothers who attend the show at half price, with the purchase of a regular priced ticket for their children, who must accompany them. NFWA in Franklin on 05/03 From Rich Tate: The New Frontier Wrestling Association will return to the National Guard Armory in Franklin, NC, located at 192 Industrial Park Loop, on May 3. Bell time is 8:00 PM. Advertised: Brokishi defends the NFWA Heavyweight Title against Talon Williams; Dirty versus Simon Sermon to earn a shot at the NFWA title; a handicap match featuring Jamar Acid versus Ryan Michaels & Nigel Sherrod; Backdraft versus Sci-Fi; Billy Starr versus the Bounty Hunter; Drew McElrath versus Stoney Hooker; Tommy Too Much versus Pitt; and Danny Diesel & Cornbread versus David Aire & the Mortician. Also scheduled to appear are Jay Hartigan, Jen Holbrook, Ronda Lawrence, Dee Beyers, and Michael Gentry.
