| Wednesday, May 7, 2008 FCW Results from 05/06 From Rich Tate: Florida Championship Wrestling results from New Port Richey, FL, on May 6: Mike Kruell over Mr. Yamamoto; Greg Jackson won a battle royal to earn a shot at the FCW Heavyweight Title, eliminating Rycklon, Johnny Curtis, Andrew Vein, Kevin Kiley, Gabe Tuft, Kafu, Vic Adams, and Brandon Cruz, in that order; Matt Sydal over Sinn Bowdee; Big Rob over Shawn Spears by disqualification; Colt Cabana over Jay Bradley; Kevin Thorn & Atlas DaBone over Tyrone Jones & Afa; Jake Hager over Heath Miller to retain the FCW Heavyweight Title; and the Empire (Stu Sanders & Drew McIntyre) over the Puerto Rican Nightmares (Eric Perez & Eddie Colon) to win the FCW Tag Team Title. |
