| Friday, May 16, 2008 NAWA Results from 05/15 From Rich Tate: NAWA Ring Champions results from the National Guard Armory in Rome, GA, on May 15: in the first round of a tournament to determine a new NAWA Heavyweight Champion, Bulldog Raines over Bruiser Eden (with Jackie Rosedale), Jason Valentine over John Arden, Waylon Rhodes over Jason Fury, and Ced G. Sanford over Josh Hate; Chris Lightning & Lamar Phillips over Mike Reed & Tyler Smith; the Exotic Ones (Rick Michaels & Simon Sermon) over Chris Ganz & Air Paris, followed by Paris turning on Ganz, leading to Paris over Ganz to win the NAWA Cruiserweight Title in an impromptu match. |
