Dr. Astin Indicted on 175 Counts

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting that as of today, Dr. Phil C. Astin III faces 175 counts of prescription abuse in total, adding to
the 25 that has had him under house arrest for nearly one year. Astin was initially facing charges of over prescribing to Chris Benoit, and
later was targeted for the same for Mike Durham (aka Johnny Grunge) and another person. He is now linked to seventeen other patients
under these charges.
