GCW Results from 05/29 in Phenix City, AL

Great Championship Wrestling results from the Gr8 Sk8 Plex in Phenix City, AL, on May 29: Hot Like Lava (Shaun Banks & Cru Jones),
with Quentin Michaels, over Tex Monroe & J-Rod to win the GCW Tag Team Title; Scotty Beach over Murder One, with Wicked Nemesis;
Tracy Taylor over Pandora, with Nemesis; Zero Tolerance, with Michaels, over Rick King; Orion Bishop, with Nemesis, over Micah Taylor,
when Taylor became distracted by Johnny Swinger, who had hit Tracy outside the ring; Swinger, with Michaels, over David Young, Bull
Buchanan, and Sonny Siaki in a four-way elimination to retain the GCW Heavyweight Title. Young and Siaki were both counted out in the
main event, and Swinger got the win after a low blow as Michaels distracted the referee. It was reported that approximately 225 were in
attendance. GCW will return on June 5, with a card expected to be announced soon. They have also announced an event to take place on
June 28 at Johnny’s New York Style Pizza in Villa Rica, GA.
