Platinum Championship Wrestling results from the Academy Theater in Avondale Estates, GA, on July 2: the Washington Bullets (Jon &
Trey Williams, with Marion Barry) over Pandora & Aisha Sunshine when Trey pinned Pandora; Jamie Holmes (with Marty Freeman and
Jesse Starr) beat Warhorse #2 with the Kill Stomp; Geter won via countout over Dwight Power; the Konkrete Gorillaz (Brian Blaze &
Nemesis) beat Warhorse #23 and Warhorse #300 (with Johnathan Davis Wynn) when Blaze pinned #300 with the Burn; Michael Cannon
pinned Mason (accompanied by the Witnesses) with a backslide; Najasism and Dwight Power were both counted out of the ring by
referee Duke Korey; and PCW Champion Shane Marx pinned the Phantom with a roaring elbow.
Notes: Two tag team season matches will take place at the Jungle on July 6...Holmes has been suspended for attacking Sunshine, Lee
Roy, and Trey Williams as well as Timmy McClendon...Freeman’s continued appeals have been denied...Simon Sermon and McClendon
have requested a match with Power and a partner of his choosing with blinding hoods at the Jungle on July 6...Marx has issued a “lights
out” challenge to Holmes for July 16 at the Academy...Freeman has petitioned PCW to allow him to replace Thunder and Lightning with
another tag team to enter the Tag Team Season.
