forced to unmask as per the stipulation. Graham had been the reigning Eastern
Heavyweight Champion since he went over Hercules on November 29, 1963, in
Atlanta.

the Professional on November 8, 1968, in Atlanta. The program for this card
mentioned that Peruvian Promotions, Ltd., would be sending El Mongol on a tour of
the United States in 1969, and that Jones was negotiating to book him along the way.
It was announced that Lou Thesz would be wrestling on the card on December 13,
1968.

Roberts had actually won the title from Garvin in Atlanta on November 6. It also
reported that Flair regained the NWA World Heavyweight Title from Whatley.
