Fans packed the APW Arena Friday for the North Georgia Championship Tournament and to see if Bo Newsom could earn another shot
at the Southern States Championship as he and his partner Slim J faced J.T. Talent and Jacob Ashworth in tag team action.

Quarterfinal Match
Untouchable Jeremy Vain defeated Justin Dirt by pin fall with the VDT in 5:59.

Quarterfinal Match
Chris King defeated Dustin Powers by pin fall with the CK1 in 6:10.

Quarterfinal Match
Superstar Aaron Lee defeated Chase Darkness by pin fall with Starstruck in 5:55.

Quarterfinal Match
Merciless Don Mathews defeated Kool Seth Delay by pin fall with the Lariat in 11:02.

Semifinal Match
Untouchable Jeremy Vain defeated Chris King by pin fall with VDT in 9:39. King's foot was on the bottom rope for the count, but Vain
knocked King's foot off the rope before the official could see King was technically out of the ring and therefore the pin fall should have not
counted.

Semifinal Match
Superstar Aaron Lee defeated Merciless Don Mathews by pin fall with a School Boy Roll Up in 7:19. After the fall, Mathews attacked Lee
by striking him with a Lariat. Lee needed assistance from ringside by APW officials and needed medical attention as well.

Amanda Starr reported that speculation surrounded the condition of Aaron Lee and various reports questioned if he would be cleared to
compete in the North Georgia Title Tournament Finals due to a neck injury resulting from the post match attack by Don Mathews.

In Non-Tournament Matches:
Christy Turner defeated Lloth by pin fall with a Throat-Slit Neckbreaker in 5:11.

Southern States Champion J.T. Talent and The Official Jacob Ashworth defeated Slim J and Bo Newsom by disqualification in 12:16.
Talent brought his Southern States Championship into the ring during the contest. With Referee James Pagent distracted, Talent tossed
the belt to Newsom and fell to the mat. When Pagent turned his attention back to the events transpiring in the ring, he saw Newsom
holding a championship belt and the champion lying at Newsom's feet. The official assumed Newsom had used the belt as a foreign
object to attack Talent and disqualified his team.

After his introduction for the title tournament final, Jeremy Vain confirmed that Aaron Lee would not be able to compete for the
championship and therefore would be forced to forfeit the match. Vain further stated since his opponent was forced to forfeit the match,
that he was rightfully the inaugural North Georgia Champion. APW Owner Jerico Stone reluctantly made his way to ringside to declare
Vain the new champion. Before Stone officially declared Vain champion, Amanda Starr rushed to the ring to inform APW announcer Greg
Hunter that Aaron Lee would not let his injuries prevent him from competing in the tournament.

Final Match for the North Georgia Championship
Superstar Aaron Lee defeated Untouchable Jeremy Vain (with Merciless Don Mathews) by pin fall with Starstruck in 14;35. Vain attacked
the injured Lee before the bell. Vain focused his attack on Lee's neck and upper back area. Lee fought back and wrestled Vain to two
near falls. Vain used his tag team partner Don Matthews to distract Lee and delivery a devastating swinging neck breaker on Lee. Lee
still fought back. When Vain threw Lee out of the ring, Matthews once again interfered in the match hitting Lee with a Lariat. Newly
crowned APW Tag Team Champions the Friday Night Franchise (Matt Sells and Ryan Mic hales) leaped into the ring through the crowd
and attacked Vain in retaliation of Mathew's attacks on Lee. Lee hit Vain with Starstruck, but Don Matthews pulled the referee out of the
ring, leading to Mathews ejection from ringside. After an exchange of both wrestlers fighting out of each others finishers, Lee once again
hit Vain with Starstruck for the pin, thus becoming the first ever North Georgia Champion.
