For that reason, Lee considers himself not the APW North Georgia Champion, but their North Georgia Champion. The champion's display of graditude was interrupted by The Event Chris Mayne and his manager Kevin Duncan. Both Duncan and Mayne mocked Lee's comments and went on further to challenge the champion. Talent said tonight's subject would be fairness, since last week Bo Newsom used the Southern States Title to strike Talent, resulting in Newsom's disqualification. He demanded APW Owner Jerico Stone come to the ring and respond to the actions of Newsom. Stone reminded the fans it was Talent that brought the belt into the ring and tossed the title to Newsom, then intentionally fell to make appearance that Newsom had hit him with the title. Seeing how Newsom was framed and The Official Jacob Ashworth is no longer a true official but now an APW competitor, Stone ordered Ashworth to compete against Seth Delay later on that evening. Talent and Ashworth were confident Ashworth could win. Stone agreed stated Ashworth would not have a problem winning if the Southern States Champion were at ringside, therefore, Talent would be barred from ringside. With this news, Talent and Ashworth attacked Stone and struck him with the belt three times, brutally lacerating Stone before Newsom, Slim J, and Delay could stop the attack.
