Wild Billy Buck defeated Disorderly Philip Pain by pin fall after the Buck Wild Superkick in 6:45 minutes. North Georgia Championship Superstar Aaron Lee (c) defeated Often Photographed Dustin Powers by pin fall after Lee hit the Starstruck on Powers in 8:15 minutes. After the match, Powers attacked a celebrating Lee with a cane and posed with the North Georgia Championship belt before tossing the belt on top of an unconscious Lee. Talent Show: Southern States Champion J. T. Talent touched on the fact Bo Newsom did not have a chance in Newsom's match aganst himself and the Official Jacob Ashworth that evening before introducing his guest. Talent was then joined by The Event Chris Mayne and Kevin Duncan. Duncan was carrying a concealed object. Duncan again blamed Mayne's suspension and not being in the North Georgia title tournament on Wild Billy Buck. Duncan stated that Billy Buck is the perfect example of what is wrong with society. Society needs a role model someone with courage, integrity, and heart, just like Doc Holiday, John Wayne, and Roy Rogers, Duncan stated. With "great honor and privilege", Duncan proclaimed Mayne the "King of the Cowboys" and revealed the concealed object to be Billy Buck's cowboy hat, which Duncan had stolen a week earlier. Kevin Duncan then proceeded to crown Mayne with the stolen cowboy hat. Chris Mayne stated he much more deserving than Billy Buck of this title. Buck was not just a coward; Buck was a yellow bellied, egg sucking dog. This prompted Buck to storm the ring. Buck was stopped by a contingent of referees and his tag team partner Chris King. Mayne proceeded to challenge King to a match, since he was so intent on protecting his "boyfriend". APW Tag Team Championship The Friday Night Franchise (Matt "Sex" Sells & "The "Rage" Ryan Michaels) (c) defeated Jamie Cruz & "Sin City Saint" Brandon Parker by pin fall after the Quadruple Shot in 9:30 minutes. "Kool" Seth Delay & Christy Turner defeated "Son of Satan" Azrael & Lloth by pin fall when Delay trapped Azrael in the sunset flip in 10:44 minutes. In a backstage interview, Chris King accepted the challenge of Chris Mayne for a match later that evening. King also informed us that Billy Buck had left for the evening to avoid further provoking by Mayne and risk suspension. "King of the Cowboys" Chris Mayne defeated Chris King by pin fall with ELE 10:45. After the match in an apparent message to Billy Buck, Mayne hit King with the Buck Wild. Southern States Champion J. T. Talent and The Official Jacob Ashworth defeated Bo Newsom, when Talent pinned Newsom in 10:21 minutes. After the match, Interim Commissioner Shadow Jackson came to ringside and stated he was impressed with Newsom's efforts. Jackson then ordered a match next week between J. T. Talent and Jacob Ashworth against Bo Newsom and a partner of his choosing. If Newsom is victorious, he will earn a shot at the Southern States Title, without a time limit stipulation. Upon hearing this announcement, Talent and Ashworth attacked Jackson. Their attempts to re-injure Jackson's leg were thwarted by APW Officials and numerous wrestlers. Main Event Slim J defeated Merciless Don Matthews by pin fall in 13:12 minutes. |
