Notes: During the match between Louie Tillet and Buddy Fuller, Tillet fell from the ring, and Fuller, rather than taking advantage by staying on top of him, allowed him a rest period when he had clearly been injured.  The referee stopped the match until Tillet determined he could continue.  Later in the match, the roles reversed, with Fuller falling from the ring, but Tillet did not offer the same courtesy in return, instead attacking Fuller, leading to the win.  Leo Garibaldi was credited as being a referee on this card.
