It is unclear what matches leading up to this card were part of the tournament, but it was reported that in addition to Mahoney and Massey, other participants included Rebel Russell, Ralph Garibaldi, Johnny Long, Babe Zaharias, Chris Zaharias, Rex Mobley, Lozano Martinez, and Nick Carter.
